" unique living in the midst of urban dynamics
'Fibonacci' rises against the center of Amsterdam. A contemporary and unique residential building in the dynamic residential and working area of Zeeburg/Amsterdam East. The former (port) industry is transforming into a bustling place where urban living, working, catering and facilities come together. Much has been renovated here in recent years and new homes have been built, without losing the industrial character of the neighborhood

compact apartments
With Fibonacci, VORM is building on the developments in this neighborhood in collaboration with Rockfield Real estate. The old buildings on the Panamalaan 11-13 plot will be replaced by the gradually ascending building with a height of up to approximately 60 metres. The investment, designed by the architectural firm Diederendirrix, concerns a total of 243 rental homes with living areas of 39 to 55 m².
Fibonacci is being realized in the fast-growing district of Zeeburg/Oost, on the corner of Cruquiuskade and Panamalaan. From 1990 to 2010, Zeeburg was a district of the municipality of Amsterdam, with the neighborhoods of Indische Buurt, the Eastern Docklands, IJburg and Zeeburgereiland. On 1 May 2010, Zeeburg merged with Oost-Watergraafsmeer into the new Amsterdam-East district.
The development has a perfect location on the edge of the center of Amsterdam. The center and Amsterdam Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike. In addition, it is very conveniently located in relation to the main roads such as the A10 ring road and A1 motorway, which are only a 10-minute drive away.
